What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives managing Soft Brand accounts across Europe.
- Drive performance excellence through goal setting, ongoing coaching, and career development.
- Own strategic account planning and long-term growth roadmaps in partnership with the VP of Enterprise.
- Monitor account health and proactively address risks to preserve high customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary escalation point for regional go-to-market teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, and Operations to ensure execution alignment.
Requirements
- Proven success in SaaS account management, customer success, or enterprise sales, ideally with franchise or multi-property clients.
- People management experience with a coaching mindset and a track record of developing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively within a dynamic scale-up environment.
- Based in EU/UK with easy access to an international airport.
