What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives managing Soft Brand accounts across Europe.
  • Drive performance excellence through goal setting, ongoing coaching, and career development.
  • Own strategic account planning and long-term growth roadmaps in partnership with the VP of Enterprise.
  • Monitor account health and proactively address risks to preserve high customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for regional go-to-market teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, and Operations to ensure execution alignment.

Requirements

  • Proven success in SaaS account management, customer success, or enterprise sales, ideally with franchise or multi-property clients.
  • People management experience with a coaching mindset and a track record of developing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a dynamic scale-up environment.
  • Based in EU/UK with easy access to an international airport.
