Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Own product execution for a specific area, articulating direction and aligning cross-functional partners.
• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer impact, business goals, and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and client teams to validate solutions and build scalable products.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Drive product launch operations, including release planning, documentation, and adoption.
• Define and track success metrics using data to inform decisions and tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of total professional experience.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience managing cross-functional, technology-enabled initiatives.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
