What you will do

• Build and maintain a weekly pipeline of streamers, KOLs, and micro-influencers across X, Instagram, Twitch, and YouTube.
• Design and optimize CPA, rev-share, and fixed-fee campaign structures to drive measurable player acquisition (FTDs, NGR).
• Develop and coordinate a short-form content engine (clips, memes, hooks) to maintain high-velocity organic output.
• Own the Discord presence across brands, building community engagement through activations, giveaways, and raids.
• Implement strategic paid-content creator strategies to improve conversion and audience behavior.

Requirements

• Proven track record in creator marketing, KOL growth, or community-led acquisition with commercial results.
• Deep native knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, Discord, Telegram, Kick, and Twitch ecosystems.
• Ability to track and report on performance metrics including FTDs, CPA, and wager volume.
• Strong social copywriting skills for creators and community hooks.
• Experience negotiating and managing creator deals and budgets.
• Must be based in Miami or be able to relocate to the USA.

Nice to have

• Video editing skills (CapCut or similar) and knowledge of OBS/streaming platforms.
• Background in crypto casino, sportsbook, or Web3 token/KOL campaigns.
• Existing Miami nightlife or events network.
• Spanish language proficiency or a LatAm creator network.
• Experience working at a paid-content creator management agency.
