What you will do

• Develop PVD processes to achieve technology roadmap targets and customer requirements.
• Design experiments and assess results using analytical equipment and software packages.
• Perform complex problem-solving and troubleshooting for deposition processes.
• Summarize results in technical reports and presentations for internal and external use.
• Research published literature and write invention disclosures and patent applications.
• Collaborate with other business units and communicate findings to management and co-workers.

Requirements

• Degree: Master's or Bachelor's in Physics, Chemistry, or Material Science.
• Ability to design experiments and analyze data to rapidly identify solutions to complex problems.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in metrology such as SEM.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
