What you will do
- Develop PVD processes to achieve technology roadmap targets and customer requirements.
- Design experiments and assess results using analytical equipment and software packages.
- Perform complex problem-solving and troubleshooting for deposition processes.
- Summarize results in technical reports and presentations for internal and external use.
- Research published literature and write invention disclosures and patent applications.
- Collaborate with other business units and communicate findings to management and co-workers.
Requirements
- Degree: Master's or Bachelor's in Physics, Chemistry, or Material Science.
- Ability to design experiments and analyze data to rapidly identify solutions to complex problems.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in metrology such as SEM.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
