TL;DR

Regional Key Account Manager (B2B): Managing and growing regional B2B accounts to deliver sustainable growth with an accent on new business development and strategic partnership building. Focus on identifying new opportunities, coordinating tender submissions, and maintaining a robust CRM pipeline.

Location: North London (Hybrid). Role is field-based 4 days per week with visits to Head Office.

Salary: From £45,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage and expand regional B2B accounts to achieve sustainable growth aligned with agreed targets.
  • Lead and coordinate robust tender submissions for strategic national and regional accounts.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and pitching tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across various industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing and Supply Chain to deliver creative customer solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and execute a minimum of 3 customer calls per day.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management and new business development.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work in the North London region to support field-based requirements.
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities for a fast-paced environment.
