Compensation: typical OTE of £50,000 in the first year

• Identify and engage prospective customers within a defined territory through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand customer needs, challenges, and goals.
• Apply value-led sales approaches to acquire new business and achieve performance targets.
• Maintain and develop deep knowledge of hirify.global’s products and solutions.
• Share insights from the field to help improve products and customer experience.
• Build positive, long-term customer relationships to support growth and retention.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role.
• Confidence in engaging with new people and building rapport.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive, self-driven mindset and resilience in overcoming objections.
• Fluency in English.
• Full UK driving licence.
