Location: Hybrid: Must travel to Portsmouth office 3 days a week

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 base, OTE £50,000+ in year one

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers via online meetings.
• Collaborate with internal Support and Product teams to resolve client issues.
• Drive revenue growth through contract upselling and expansion proposals.
• Negotiate contract renewals and develop strategies to increase client value.
• Work towards and meet weekly KPIs and monthly targets.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
• Proven experience interacting with Director-level individuals.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems.
• Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Based in or able to commute to Portsmouth, UK.
