Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or be able to commute to the Zurich office (Thursdays are mandatory team days).

What you will do
- Drive B2B outbound enterprise sales targeting large corporate accounts.
- Manage complex sales cycles and maintain relationships with economic buyers such as CFOs and HR executives.
- Coordinate sales processes between corporate customers, brokers, and internal teams.
- Generate new business opportunities through webinars, workshops, trade fairs, and networking events.
- Develop referral networks and IT partnerships to strengthen market reach.
- Collaborate with Marketing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for targeted outreach.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals in the 7-figure range.
- Solid understanding and experience with warm outbound sales methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across large organizations.
- Excellent communication skills in French, German, and English.

- Existing network within Swiss CFO and HR leadership communities.
- Expertise in corporate health management.
- Domain expertise in personal insurance, specifically in Switzerland or similar markets.
