What you will do

  • Manage and grow small to midsize accounts and distributors to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Translate commercial strategy into execution by analyzing regional market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for customers and distributors.
  • Provide administrative support to the senior sales team.
  • Assist in IBP (Integrated Business Planning) processes, including demand planning and forecasting.
  • Prepare sales reports, performance analyses, and presentations.

Requirements

  • Master of Science in Business Administration, a Life Science discipline, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role, ideally within the Flavors & Fragrances sector.
  • Proven stakeholder management capabilities to reconcile conflicting business objectives.
  • Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Fluency in English; French and/or German are a strong advantage.
