What you will do

  • Generate new leads and opportunities in assigned Italian territory to exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Manage prospecting via multi-channel strategies (LinkedIn, email, cold calls, meetings) and collaborate with channel partners.
  • Own book of business, document buying processes, size/quote licenses, and ensure pipeline accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Engage prospects through phone, email, video, and on-site meetings; support account-based marketing.
  • Build and share sales best practices; forecast opportunities accurately.

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven B2B sales experience, ideally SaaS/subscription
  • Expertise in territory planning, prospecting (Zoominfo, SalesLoft, LinkedIn), pipeline growth, and closing >$50k enterprise deals
  • Salesforce proficiency; experience selling technical products to technical buyers
  • Professional written/spoken English; Italian language skills
  • Strong communication for executive contacts, objection handling, and multi-channel sales processes

Nice to have

  • Experience with large enterprise customers and top-down/bottom-up sales approaches
