What you will do
- Generate new leads and opportunities in assigned Italian territory to exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
- Manage prospecting via multi-channel strategies (LinkedIn, email, cold calls, meetings) and collaborate with channel partners.
- Own book of business, document buying processes, size/quote licenses, and ensure pipeline accuracy in Salesforce.
- Engage prospects through phone, email, video, and on-site meetings; support account-based marketing.
- Build and share sales best practices; forecast opportunities accurately.
Requirements
- 5+ years proven B2B sales experience, ideally SaaS/subscription
- Expertise in territory planning, prospecting (Zoominfo, SalesLoft, LinkedIn), pipeline growth, and closing >$50k enterprise deals
- Salesforce proficiency; experience selling technical products to technical buyers
- Professional written/spoken English; Italian language skills
- Strong communication for executive contacts, objection handling, and multi-channel sales processes

- Experience with large enterprise customers and top-down/bottom-up sales approaches
