What you will do
- Execute territory strategy to drive sales volume and ensure a premium brand mix ( & Dunlop).
- Manage and strengthen relations with the premium dealer network, providing tools and training for growth.
- Proactively identify and acquire new indirect fleet customers by demonstrating technical superiority and cost benefits.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to provide local support for large national fleets.
- Partner with the Network & Service team to optimize the service provider network.
- Utilize CRM and digital tools like TireOptix to report market trends and track competitor activity.
Requirements
- Proven background in B2B sales or territory management, ideally within automotive, heavy vehicle, or industrial sectors.
- Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to operate independently as a "road warrior" while working effectively in a collaborative team.
- Strong balance between relationship-based account management and a proactive "hunting" mentality.
