What you will do

  • Execute territory strategy to drive sales volume and ensure a premium brand mix (hirify.global & Dunlop).
  • Manage and strengthen relations with the premium dealer network, providing tools and training for growth.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new indirect fleet customers by demonstrating technical superiority and cost benefits.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to provide local support for large national fleets.
  • Partner with the Network & Service team to optimize the service provider network.
  • Utilize CRM and digital tools like TireOptix to report market trends and track competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Proven background in B2B sales or territory management, ideally within automotive, heavy vehicle, or industrial sectors.
  • Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to operate independently as a "road warrior" while working effectively in a collaborative team.
  • Strong balance between relationship-based account management and a proactive "hunting" mentality.
