What you will do

• Professionalize core People processes including performance reviews, compensation bands, and career pathing.
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, translating strategic ambitions into actionable roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end cross-functional projects on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Develop an analytical backbone with dashboards and headcount models for evidence-based decisions.
• Drive change management to ensure new processes are adopted in daily operations.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in People/HR strategy or organizational development, ideally from a consulting background.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, performance management, and job architecture.
• Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets for modeling.
• Pragmatic builder mindset focused on iterative delivery and shipping pilot frameworks.
• Business-fluent English is required; German is a plus.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Berlin office.
