TL;DR

Head of People: Turn strategy into people systems, plans, and measurable outcomes, owning people partnering, operations, and workplace across US and EU. With an accent on org design, performance cycles, compliance, and manager enablement. Focus on building scalable processes, people analytics dashboards, and high-impact workplace experiences in company hubs.

Location: Based in New York, expect regular time in one of our hubs (New York, San Francisco, Amsterdam, Berlin, London), occasional travel for workshops and off-sites. Some remote flexibility for focused work.

Salary: $250K+

What you will do

• Partner with leaders on org design, team health, performance management, and difficult conversations.
• Run core people operations cycles: performance reviews, engagement surveys, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS, data, and US/EU compliance.
• Own workplace experience across hubs in New York, San Francisco, Amsterdam, Berlin, and London.
• Enable managers with tools, clarity, and confidence to lead effectively.
• Define key people metrics and build actionable analytics dashboards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as operator, Chief of Staff, or people leader running complex cross-company programs.
• Obsession with talent density and scaling processes with data-driven decisions.
• Experience hiring/managing across US and EU, working with legal, payroll, PEO partners while maintaining compliance.
• Vision on future of work, including AI-forward workplace.
• Strong advisory and coaching skills for founders and managers on hard problems.
