What you will do

• Adapt and operationalize global talent initiatives for the European region while maintaining global alignment.
• Define regional talent strategies to enable growth and workforce readiness in Europe.
• Lead annual talent management training and support succession planning and critical roles identification.
• Provide tools, frameworks, and coaching for managers to foster continuous feedback and colleague growth.
• Facilitate leadership assessments and targeted development to strengthen pipelines.
• Regionalize colleague engagement initiatives and embed the Employer Value Proposition.

Requirements

• Proven ability to design and implement strategic and operational talent management initiatives.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade in complex, sensitive contexts.
• Highly skilled in program and project management with strong organizational capabilities.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are strongly preferred.
• Must be based in Germany or France.
