What you will do

  • Shape and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals.
  • Lead user research and data analysis to ensure customer problems are accurately solved.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog with a focus on value and impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Set and track success metrics, utilizing insights for continuous product improvement.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and communicate clearly with leadership.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Product Management, preferably within B2B SaaS or tech-oriented industries.
  • Proficiency with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Expertise in applying prioritization techniques like MoSCoW or RICE.
  • Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in effective communication with various stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge in conducting market and competitive analysis.

Nice to have

  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations using PowerPoint.
