What you will do
- Drive brand strategy and execution, ensuring strong positioning, clear USPs, and cohesive visual identity.
- Own end-to-end brand projects including product launches, re-positioning, and strategic initiatives from planning to execution.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, legal) and external agencies.
- Analyze KPIs like sales growth, volume, customer acquisition, and conversion to develop growth plans.
- Support assortment and pricing decisions aligned with brand goals and market needs.
- Deliver data-driven insights from reports to guide brand decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics or related field, preferably Business Administration or Marketing.
- 2–4 years experience in brand or product management in FMCG, retail, or pet food industries.
- Experience collaborating with and managing external agencies.
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Strong analytical skills for working with numbers and large data sets.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of retail marketing processes, especially e-commerce.
