Location: Munich, Germany (hybrid: 60% office, 40% remote)

What you will do

  • Drive brand strategy and execution, ensuring strong positioning, clear USPs, and cohesive visual identity.
  • Own end-to-end brand projects including product launches, re-positioning, and strategic initiatives from planning to execution.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, legal) and external agencies.
  • Analyze KPIs like sales growth, volume, customer acquisition, and conversion to develop growth plans.
  • Support assortment and pricing decisions aligned with brand goals and market needs.
  • Deliver data-driven insights from reports to guide brand decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics or related field, preferably Business Administration or Marketing.
  • 2–4 years experience in brand or product management in FMCG, retail, or pet food industries.
  • Experience collaborating with and managing external agencies.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Strong analytical skills for working with numbers and large data sets.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of retail marketing processes, especially e-commerce.
