What you will do
- Develop and execute the customer strategy for the Belgian market, emphasizing personalization and automation.
- Manage revenue targets, advertising budgets, and CRM implementation for the region.
- Oversee the holistic customer journey across all marketing channels.
- Plan and execute email, push, and print campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, including activation rates, repurchase rates, and average basket values.
- Define and optimize cross-departmental processes.
Requirements
- Several years of CRM experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Initial leadership experience.
- Experience working with ESP tools and a CDP.
- Familiarity with print marketing activities.
- Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
Nice to have
- Fluency in German and French.
