What you will do

  • Manage digital campaigns end-to-end from planning and setup through to launch and performance analysis.
  • Define media strategies and plan budgets to ensure maximum impact and accountability for results.
  • Experiment with new ideas to improve campaign performance and contribute to the evolution of internal tooling.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Intelligence teams to deliver strong campaign results.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and agencies, managing relationships with a strong sense of ownership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid online marketing with a track record of owning strategy.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, DV360, Google Display Network, TikTok, and Google Analytics.
  • English: Native or near-native proficiency required for managing US-based campaigns.
  • Must be based in Berlin with the legal right to work in Germany.
  • Ability to work across international time zones, particularly with US-based clients and colleagues.
