What you will do
- Drive revenue growth and turnover for the marketing portfolio, including digital, print, and consulting services.
- Lead joint customer engagements and coach sales teams using a consultative value-creation approach.
- Develop and execute digital campaigns and manage media distribution channels in collaboration with central teams.
- Expand strategic partnerships with shopping malls, tourism, and hospitality ecosystems to unlock commercial opportunities.
- Oversee marketing budgets, tools, and booking platforms with clear governance and reporting.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to inform positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in selling marketing products, ideally in a digital, media, or consulting agency.
- Mandatory experience collaborating with and managing external partners and vendors.
- Full professional fluency in English required.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong business intelligence/analytical capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, lead acquisition, nurturing, and loyalty programs.
