What you will do

• Administer M365 tenants, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and licenses via Entra ID and optimize license usage.
• Configure and maintain Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and SAML.
• Provide solution designs to support Microsoft 365 Tenancy and Entra architecture.
• Plan and execute structured upgrades, migrations, and new feature deployments.
• Develop internal user guides and conduct training sessions for staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience in mid-to-large enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with M365 Admin Center and Azure Active Directory security controls.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and bulk operations.
• Knowledge of compliance, retention, and data governance policies.
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint protection.
• Must be based in Ireland.

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate.
• Relevant Azure certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
