IT Support Engineer (AI)

Salary: €120,000 – €165,000 per year

What you will do

• Triage and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, and Android.
• Administer core SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and Atlassian.
• Manage employee lifecycle workflows, including onboarding, offboarding, and access management.
• Develop Bash and Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain internal technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to handle urgent technical escalations.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of hands-on IT support experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dublin, Ireland (5 days/week).
• Deep expertise in macOS endpoint support and Google Workspace administration.
• Proficiency with Slack administration and other enterprise SaaS tools.
• Understanding of identity and access fundamentals (SSO, MFA, directory services) and MDM.
• Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python for automation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with zero-trust security concepts and endpoint security tooling.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
• Experience with IT project management, such as tool rollouts or migrations.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance personal or team productivity.
