What you will do

• Lead network projects focusing on deployment, scaling, technology refresh, and optimization.
• Develop automation and mechanisms to reduce manual operations and improve network reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within network fabrics and devices.
• Analyze network metrics to ensure the infrastructure operates correctly, safely, and securely.
• Plan and simplify new systems, processes, and tools to better deliver services to customers.
• Research and safely implement upcoming networking systems into the production environment.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of IP networking fundamentals and extensive experience applying IP protocols.
• Hands-on experience with major internet routing protocols, specifically BGP and OSPF.
• Proficiency with network operating systems such as Cisco IOS and Junos.
• Strong network analysis and robust troubleshooting skills.
• Must be a national of an EU member state.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unix and scripting in Perl, shell, C, or C++.
• Knowledge of network hardware and packet forwarding architectures.
• Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, or other operational excellence frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with customers to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
