What you will do

• Lead and develop a distributed team of IT professionals across the US and Europe.
• Own core IT service operations, including user provisioning, IAM, and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Manage identity and access systems using Okta to ensure secure and scalable workflows.
• Drive automation of IT processes such as onboarding and offboarding using Tines or similar platforms.
• Administer and optimize SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and GitHub Enterprise.
• Transition IT operations from an external provider to an in-house team to improve service quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2+ years managing IT teams or functions.
• Experience administering Google Workspace or similar enterprise productivity platforms.
• Strong expertise in managing SaaS applications, provisioning, and license management.
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management systems (ideally Okta).
• Proficiency with IT automation tools like Tines, BetterCloud, or Zluri.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom or Ireland.

• Experience transitioning outsourced IT services to an in-house function.
• Experience building IT processes and operational playbooks from the ground up.
