What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year Windows Enterprise strategy aligned with cloud-first and M365 visions.
• Lead and develop a global engineering organization spanning 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support.
• Oversee the reliability, security, and lifecycle management (patching, compliance) of the global Windows estate.
• Drive Identity and Access Management (IAM) using Azure AD (Entra ID) and implement Zero Trust initiatives.
• Manage core Microsoft services and AWS EC2 infrastructure supporting MT4 and MT5 trading platforms.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and technology procurement.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and the Microsoft 365 stack.
• Strong experience with Azure IAM, hybrid identity, and on-premise AD forest integration.
• Proficiency with Cloud Platforms including AWS and Alibaba.
• Advanced PowerShell and Azure AD Graph API scripting capabilities.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible) and modern CI/CD practices.
• Proven experience leading and scaling infrastructure teams within complex, regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Broker Trading systems (MT4/MT5) and the FIX protocol.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or Azure Security Engineer.
