Modern Workplace Tech Bar Support (IT Support): Providing on-site technical assistance and hardware support for employees within a large-scale banking environment with an accent on Windows 11, Office 365, and mobile device management. Location: On-site in Chester, UK (Cawley House); 5 days a week on-site
Salary: £33,203 - £34,950

What you will do
- Provide face-to-face IT support at the Tech Bar community hub for approximately 100k colleagues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to devices, software, and remote connectivity.
- Configure, build, and fix desktops, laptops, and mobile technologies (BYOD).
- Manage and resolve technical incidents using enterprise-scale support tools.
- Technically mentor junior team members to deliver elite IT support.
- Identify and call out areas to improve the customer journey and technical support experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in or be able to commute to Chester, UK.
- 2-3 years of Microsoft Windows technical support experience in an enterprise-scale environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 OS and in-depth troubleshooting of the Office 365 Suite.
- Experience handling incidents and solving network issues.
- Competence in supporting Microsoft Teams and mobile technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a Tech Bar or Walk-up Support service.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange administration.
- Understanding of Azure and Intune.
- Experience using ServiceNow for incident management.
- Support experience with Macs and JAMF.
