What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Supply Chain corporate and high-volume operational hiring.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders to ensure a structured, quality-driven hiring process.
• Develop and nurture sustainable talent pipelines using diverse sourcing channels and engagement strategies.
• Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience from first contact to the offer stage.
• Drive employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns and representation at job fairs.
• Ensure ATS data accuracy and support scalable process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle hiring, ideally within a growing e-commerce organization.
• Background in recruiting for Supply Chain, logistics, or business support areas.
• Fluent Polish and English skills.
• Proactive and collaborative approach to stakeholder management and relationship building.

Nice to have

• Additional language proficiency in Russian, Ukrainian, or German.
