Senior Recruiter

TL;DR

Senior Recruiter (HR): Supporting hiring managers and TA team in sourcing, engaging, and coordinating candidates for local and regional positions with an accent on full-cycle recruitment processes and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on managing ATS pipelines, conducting interviews, ensuring compliance, and contributing to recruitment strategy improvements.

Location: Fully in-office role based in Kraków, Poland.

What you will do

• Support hiring managers in preparing job descriptions, posting offers, and understanding salary benchmarks.
• Manage candidate pipelines in ATS, perform screenings, and publish ads on job boards.
• Conduct interviews for various roles and assist with complex later-stage interviews.
• Source candidates using active and passive methods, suggest new channels and strategies.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and global HR teams across time zones.
• Participate in job fairs, employer branding, and HR projects while ensuring GDPR compliance.

Requirements

• Strong command of English (C1 level or higher).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Humanities, Law, Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including active sourcing and IT recruitment (in-house preferred).
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS; proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proactive mindset.
• Ability to handle confidential information and adapt to a fast-paced international environment.
