What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless process from sourcing to placement.
• Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to improve performance and client satisfaction.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the agency's client base and market presence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within fintech or iGaming industries.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and ATS systems.
• Experience in a leadership role managing and leading a team.
• English: B2/C1 level required.
• Russian: Fluent required.
