What you will do

  • Source candidates proactively using multiple channels to build relevant pipelines for each role.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess both professional experience and candidate motivation.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from first contact through to the offer stage.
  • Communicate daily with international clients and candidates in English and Russian.
  • Build and optimize sourcing strategies, incorporating automation and process improvements.
  • Maintain structured tracking of candidates and pipelines across multiple roles.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Fluent Russian and strong English proficiency for communication with international clients.
  • Proven sourcing skills and experience in building effective candidate pipelines.
  • Commercial mindset and the ability to position roles and companies effectively.
  • Experience in fintech or tech sectors is a strong plus.
