Salary: $800 per month

What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule end-to-end interview logistics for virtual and on-site meetings.
• Manage the Ashby ATS, including job postings, configuration, and reporting.
• Handle onboarding for Philippine hires, covering statutory compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and equipment procurement.
• Manage the offboarding process, ensuring compliance with labor laws and equipment retrieval.
• Provide administrative support to the People team via Notion and Google Drive.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Based in Metro Manila or nearby provinces (Laguna, Rizal, Cavite, Bulacan).
• 3+ years of experience in talent coordination or HR operations.
• Registered with the BIR as an independent contractor.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with Ashby or similar ATS.
