TL;DR

Sr HR Associate (Shared Services): Support employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, data management, payroll, and benefits administration for professionals in APAC & UAE with an accent on HR documentation, vendor coordination, and SLA compliance. Focus on maintaining accurate records via proprietary platform, conducting audits, and resolving queries effectively.

Location: Philippines (Remote-First). Flexibility to accommodate different time zones based on customer and professional needs.

What you will do

  • Support employee life cycle processes including onboarding, data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, amendments, policies, benefits enrollment, and country-specific guides.
  • Maintain employee records in proprietary platform, process forms for new hires, status changes, benefits, and terminations.
  • Administer benefits in collaboration with brokers/insurers and provide payroll data to payroll teams.
  • Conduct audits on data changes for accurate payments and participate in HR process improvements.
  • Communicate with professionals and customers to resolve queries and liaise with vendors for seamless coordination.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of HR operations experience (SSC experience desirable)
  • Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies; experience in Shared Services.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout APAC & UAE region
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
  • MS Office literacy, proactive mindset, AI literacy (e.g., Gemini, Notebook LM).
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, stakeholder management, self-motivation, attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in international team across locations, cultures, and time zones

Nice to have

  • Knowledge and experience in handling offboardings.
  • Proficiency in local languages such as Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, or Thai.
