What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely reconciliations across different regions.
• Prepare and distribute essential HR documentation, including contracts and offer letters, while adhering to data protection standards.
• Act as a data steward in Workday, maintaining high-quality employee data and producing workforce reports for leadership.
• Lead and participate in global People & Culture projects to continuously improve operational processes.
• Provide comprehensive support to employees throughout the lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Ensure operational and payroll compliance with local employment laws in Australia, the Philippines, and Malaysia.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced global organization.
• Knowledge of HR law and regulations for Australia, the Philippines, and Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Workday is required.
• Experience managing HR operational employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, and offboarding).
• Strong communication skills for interacting across global geographies.
• Fluency in English.
