TL;DR

Tech Recruiter (Fintech): Managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes for a major Norwegian financial services provider with an accent on sourcing IT and technology professionals. Focus on partnering with hiring leaders, executing high-volume technical recruitment, and ensuring compliant hiring across Nordic and European markets.

Location: Hybrid (Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź) — 3 days per week from the office

Salary: 500 - 800 PLN per man-day (B2B)

What you will do

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles across the Nordics, Poland, and Estonia.
  • Conduct start-up meetings with Hiring Leaders to define business needs and role requirements.
  • Source, interview, and assess candidates for prioritized technology positions.
  • Advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process on market trends and selection.
  • Coordinate contract ordering and ensure a smooth completion of the hiring process.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion to contribute to overall recruitment success.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Tech Recruiter managing end-to-end processes.
  • Proven experience recruiting technical roles in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills for IT positions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project management abilities.
  • Fluent English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Must be based in Poland to support hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Talent Intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights.
