What you will do

  • Develop and execute a holistic growth strategy across paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing channels.
  • Own experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization across the website and customer funnel.
  • Manage paid media execution, including targeting, creative strategy, and messaging for acquisition.
  • Build and iterate on lifecycle marketing programs for lead nurturing, onboarding, retention, and expansion.
  • Orchestrate account-based marketing (ABM) programs in partnership with Sales to drive pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Product teams on positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies for new features.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or full-stack marketing roles.
  • Expertise in HubSpot and proficiency with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker.
  • Proven success partnering with Product teams to align on tooling, data flows, and joint campaigns.
  • Strong ability to develop creative strategy and write compelling copy for high-performing ads and landing pages.
  • Deep understanding of data governance, segmentation, and campaign reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and work cross-functionally with Sales and Product stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to B2B audiences within the HR, IT, or SaaS industries.
