A high-growth company building a next-generation AI-driven platform for autonomous DevOps operations, SRE, and infrastructure automation.

What you will do

  • Manage a full mix of demand generation channels including SEO, AEO, and paid acquisition via Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Execute outbound and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns using firmographic, technographic, and intent signals.
  • Design persona-specific campaigns targeting technical practitioners (SREs, DevOps) and executive stakeholders (CTOs, VP Engineering).
  • Own the full-funnel lifecycle, creating nurture programs, landing pages, and follow-up sequences.
  • Utilize AI tools to scale content generation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
  • Track and optimize funnel performance, managing budget allocation based on ROI and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on B2B demand generation experience.
  • Strong familiarity with DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or cloud-native ecosystems.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
  • Experience with intent/technographic data tools like Bombora, G2, or 6sense.
  • Must be located in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, or Venezuela.
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to build scalable marketing execution workflows.
