Focus on building nurture programmes, managing paid ads, analysing performance data, and localising global strategies for regional markets.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in London, GBR (EMEA region focus, collaborate with international teams)

What you will do

  • Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across email, paid media, social, and web to drive pipeline growth and ROI
  • Build and optimise email nurture programmes with segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and analysis
  • Manage paid media campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads for increased reach and conversions
  • Develop localised EMEA social media strategy aligned with global branding
  • Track and report campaign performance using CRM and automation tools, providing actionable insights
  • Optimise web pages for SEO and conversions, adapt campaigns for local markets, and support webinars/events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years in digital or demand-generation marketing, ideally B2B/SaaS
  • Proven track record driving pipeline growth, lead quality, and ROI
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, paid media, social, and web campaigns
  • Expertise in marketing automation, segmentation, and performance optimisation
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Eloqua), and data analysis
  • Fluent in English; comfortable working across international EMEA teams

Nice to have

  • Experience with webinar platforms (e.g. ON24), workflow tools (e.g. Monday.com, Zapier)
  • Basic design/video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Additional languages (e.g. French, Arabic)
  • Experience in software/technology industries
