Location: Remote from Brazil

What you will do

• Write and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria using INVEST principles.
• Prioritize and manage product backlog aligned with business and technical priorities.
• Define sprint goals, support planning, and ensure execution with the Scrum team.
• Track product KPIs, analyze data for insights, and validate hypotheses.
• Identify issues and propose UX improvements through continuous iteration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams for alignment and delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Fluent English required.
• Higher education completed or in progress in related fields.
• Solid experience across product lifecycle, including discovery and delivery.
• Proven experience in product discovery initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical/business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in software development or technical background.
• Certifications such as PSPO, postgraduate studies, or MBA.
• Spanish fluency.
