What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between internal technical and functional teams to align the product vision with clear business goals.
• Own the product backlog, prioritizing and refining backlog items based on business value, technical requirements, and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with BAs to write clear, concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Actively participate in scrum ceremonies, providing direction and making rapid, informed decisions on features and prioritization within the Agile framework.
• Communicate product updates, priorities, and progress to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-management role.
• Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum development setting.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and backlog governance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into well-formed user stories.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Exposure to API-driven architectures and centralized API management.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud preferred).
• Understanding of security, compliance, and data governance considerations in a transport/retail context.
• Product Owner or relevant certification.
