Product Owner (AI)

Location: Antwerp, Flanders, Belgium; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Own day-to-day delivery for one or more client digital products and keep status, decisions, and risks transparent.
• Translate product vision and client objectives into backlogs, sprint goals, and release plans.
• Write and refine user stories with clear outcomes and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the backlog and make trade-offs across value, risk, effort, timing, quality, and margin.
• Lead planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and the team’s agreed way of working.
• Use AI-enabled workflows to clarify requirements, challenge assumptions, identify risks, and improve delivery.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of Product Owner experience and a track record of owning digital products from backlog to release.
• Experience managing clients or customers, preferably in an agency, consultancy, or multi-client environment.
• Hands-on experience with customer-facing mobile, front-end, CMS, or e-commerce products.
• Experience with customer-experience products and ownership from start to finish.
• Comfort working with AI-enabled tools and workflows.
• Fluent Dutch and English.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering products for large enterprise audiences.
• Experience working closely with Product Designers, Architects, Growth, QA, Engineers, Client Directors, and Product Managers.
