Location: Remote work globally is supported, with a company HQ located in Antwerp, Belgium. Requires fluency in Dutch and English for stakeholder collaboration.

What you will do

• Refine the product roadmap into actionable backlog items.
• Help define the right user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Own, prioritize, and groom the product backlog together with the team.
• Leverage AI tooling to make delivery smoother and more effective.
• Support sprint planning, reviews, and ensure deliveries meet acceptance.
• Act as the key link between stakeholders and the development team.

Requirements

• Lead by example and help your team become the best at what they do.
• Introduce structure and foster a sustainable pace of delivery.
• Take ownership of your work from start to finish.
• Believe in quality and won’t let minor bugs slip through.
• Speak Dutch and English fluently.

Nice to have

• Prior knowledge of MCPs.
• Design sensibility.
