What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of roadmap enhancements for loyalty decisioning and experience delivery product suites.
• Gather requirements across various clients and industry verticals to identify scope and maximize feature reusability.
• Manage the product backlog, including dependencies, priority, sequence, and business objectives.
• Identify and resolve challenges during the product development lifecycle via creative problem-solving.
• Provide tracking mechanisms for stakeholders to monitor progress across releases and major milestones.
• Advocate for platform standards and communicate the product vision to both technical and business audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or Product Manager role.
• Proven experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery for web-based software and 3rd party integrations (API and batch).
• Strong technical background with the ability to translate complex concepts for various organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be based in the USA

Nice to have

• Experience in the loyalty product or industry.
• Familiarity with UX research and best practices.
• PMI-PBA, CBAP, CSPO, or PSPO certification.
