What you will do

• Operationalize APJ go-to-market strategy aligning global objectives with local market demands.
• Drive revenue growth by partnering with sales to meet targets, NRR, and ARR goals.
• Lead, mentor, and coach high-performing technical teams fostering accountability and learning.
• Build relationships with customer technical leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Promote platform adoption and observability maturity for business-critical applications.
• Ensure technical excellence in demonstrations, proofs of value, and points of view.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and support for market needs.
• Support partners by aligning technical resources for ecosystem success.

Requirements

• 12+ years in technical sales, solution consulting, or customer success; 5–7 years in people management.
• Track record leading technical teams for revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Strong sales methodologies knowledge (e.g., MEDDPICC) and enterprise sales partnership experience.
• Technical background in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), observability, AI, ITSM, DevOps, SRE, CI/CD.
• Excellent communication to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Understanding of APJ market and ability to bridge global strategy with local nuances.
