What you will do
- Take full ownership of revenue targets, meeting and exceeding quotas via upsell and cross-sell strategies.
- Proactively engage customers to identify growth opportunities and maximize account value across the product suite.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers as a trusted advisor.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans and conduct regular business reviews to drive pipeline.
- Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to address gaps and increase customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure seamless delivery and maximize retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role (Account Management or Account Executive), ideally in SaaS or technology.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and account expansion.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
