Account Manager (Custom Software): Managing and expanding a portfolio of existing client relationships to drive revenue growth and long-term account value with an accent on consultative selling and outbound prospecting. Location: Remote, but must be based in the United States; periodic travel and mandatory visits to the Denver, CO office are required.
Salary: Base $80,000 – $120,000, OTE $170,000 – $200,000

What you will do
- Drive revenue growth within current accounts through proactive outbound prospecting and relationship building.
- Identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities including upgrades, renewals, and cross-sells.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in highly regulated industries.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Delivery teams to ensure alignment between client needs and technical capabilities.
- Manage pricing discussions, renewal conversations, and expansion pipelines within CRM.
- Present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track account health and strategic growth.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must currently reside in the United States.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- 1+ years of experience selling custom software, technical platforms, or professional services.
- 3+ years of experience selling into manufacturing, healthcare, construction/AEC, or financial services.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and consultative selling.
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of operational workflows within target industries (healthcare, manufacturing, etc.).
- Formal sales methodology training (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Sandler).
- Technical or construction-related educational background.
- Experience with account-based selling or marketing strategies.
