What you will do

• Design and ship high-quality, accessible, and performant frontend features using React and Next.js.
• Develop server-rendered web applications focusing on UX, performance, and component reusability.
• Contribute to software architecture decisions and perform code reviews.
• Collaborate with designers, QA, backend engineers, and product management.
• Engage with users via feedback sessions to improve product end-to-end understanding.
• Implement security and privacy by design, adhering to GDPR and HIPAA standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional frontend experience with strong production expertise in React and Next.js.
• Fluency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript for building responsive and semantic UIs.
• Proficiency in modern React patterns: hooks, server components, SSR/SSG/ISR, and App Router.
• Experience with testing (Jest, Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of performance optimization, WCAG accessibility, and security.
• English: Professional written and spoken proficiency required

Nice to have

• Experience with design systems (Storybook, Figma).
• Proficiency with data-heavy interfaces (D3, Recharts, Visx).
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, OMOP).
• Backend experience with Node.js or API routes.
• University degree in Computer Science or related field.
