What you will do

• Lead the evolution of the frontend platform and drive architectural decisions for scalable experiences.
• Architect and implement complex user interfaces with high standards for accessibility and performance.
• Partner with backend engineers to design and evolve platform capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and influence product direction across cross-functional teams.
• Establish comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Optimize CI/CD infrastructure using NX and CircleCI to improve developer experience and deployment reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in React and modern SSR frameworks such as Remix or NextJS.
• Expert-level understanding of GraphQL architecture, schema design, and performance optimization.
• Strong experience with testing tools like Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright or Cypress.
• Proven track record of mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.
• Must be based in the US (employment eligibility verified via E-Verify)

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging AI-augmented development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
