What you will do

• Build and own the full hirify.global web app including marketing site, conversion flows, account dashboard, and supporting tools.
• Architect scalable frontend systems for state management, real-time updates, and performance budgets.
• Ship responsive, conversational features with sub-second latency using WebSockets and REST APIs.
• Collaborate directly with product, design, and backend teams on end-to-end ownership.
• Implement analytics and experimentation across web surfaces for data-driven iterations.
• Set standards for code quality, performance, and craft as a senior team member.

Requirements

• 5+ years commercial frontend experience with deep React and Next.js expertise in production apps
• Rock-solid web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript; debug from network to render.
• Strong state management experience (Redux, Zustand, TanStack Query) with trade-off knowledge.
• Comfort with REST APIs, WebSockets, responsive layouts (CSS Modules, Styled Components).
• Fluent in Git, modern build tools (Webpack, Vite), CI/CD, linters; end-to-end ownership.
• Strong English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Serious use of AI development tools (Codex, Claude, Cursor).

Nice to have

• Real-time features experience (WebRTC, chat, voice/video).
• Backend skills: Node.js, NestJS, databases, Redis, BullMQ.
• Product analytics: Amplitude, GA4, Meta/TikTok/Snap pixels.
• Solid testing practices and frameworks.
