Middle Strong/Senior Frontend React Developer (MedTech)

TL;DR

Middle Strong/Senior Frontend Developer (React/Next.js): Redesigning a healthcare website and implementing API-based integrations for a large healthcare group with an accent on SharePoint REST API integration and multilingual RTL layouts. Focus on implementing mobile-first UI, server-side data fetching, and ensuring WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance.

Location: Remote (Ukraine). Expected working hours: from 9 or 10 am Kyiv time.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a Next.js frontend application for a large private healthcare group.
• Implement responsive, mobile-first UI based on design specifications.
• Integrate the frontend with SharePoint REST API and other backend services.
• Implement server-side data fetching and client-side data normalization.
• Build complex UI features and provide multilingual support, including LTR and RTL layouts.
• Apply SEO and accessibility best practices according to WCAG 2.1 AA.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience working with REST APIs and API-driven CMS integrations.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and mobile-first design.
• Experience with multilingual applications and RTL layouts.
• Must be available for a project-based engagement (contract).

Nice to have

• Prior experience with SharePoint REST API.
• Experience with token-based authentication flows on the frontend.
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Experience with frontend performance optimization (Core Web Vitals).
• Experience writing unit tests.
