What you will do

• Own features end-to-end from discovery and architecture to production monitoring.
• Improve technical standards by writing Technical Execution Plans (TEPs) and optimizing state management and performance.
• Develop and evolve a Figma-synced Design System and shared component library.
• Ensure system stability by implementing robust unit and E2E tests using Playwright and Cypress.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to identify edge cases and UX trade-offs.
• Mentor colleagues through pairing and code reviews.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building production frontends with modern JS frameworks (React strongly preferred).
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management (Zustand or equivalent) and API integration (REST, GraphQL).
• Strong experience in writing meaningful unit and E2E tests.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git workflows, and cross-functional Agile environments.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain (hybrid model).

Nice to have

• Experience building or maintaining a Design System.
• Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design work.
• Exposure to backend concepts or full-stack development.
