Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain
Salary: €67,000 – €80,000 per year

What you will do
- Own features end-to-end from discovery and architecture to production monitoring.
- Improve technical standards by writing Technical Execution Plans (TEPs) and optimizing state management and performance.
- Develop and evolve a Figma-synced Design System and shared component library.
- Ensure system stability by implementing robust unit and E2E tests using Playwright and Cypress.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to identify edge cases and UX trade-offs.
- Mentor colleagues through pairing and code reviews.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building production frontends with modern JS frameworks (React strongly preferred).
- Deep proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management (Zustand or equivalent) and API integration (REST, GraphQL).
- Strong experience in writing meaningful unit and E2E tests.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git workflows, and cross-functional Agile environments.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain (hybrid model).
Nice to have
- Experience building or maintaining a Design System.
- Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design work.
- Exposure to backend concepts or full-stack development.
