Legal Operations Manager (AI)

Location: NYC or remote within EST or CST working hours

Salary: $124,125–$165,500 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Drive CLM adoption and enablement so revenue teams can self-serve standard deals.
• Optimize workflows, templates, and playbooks as deal structures and products evolve.
• Review and redline standard commercial agreements and draft agreements from templates.
• Build structured intake for legal workstreams across the company.
• Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations to replace manual processes.
• Maintain legal governance records, manage outside counsel relationships, and own the legal tech stack.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in legal operations, paralegal work, or contract management.
• At least 1–2 years of in-house experience at a technology or SaaS company.
• Experience implementing or rebuilding a CLM, preferably Ironclad, designing intake workflows, and creating relied-upon reporting.
• Experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements on both sell-side and buy-side paper.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted legal tools, LLMs, and automation platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously, exercise judgment, and identify when lawyer involvement is required.
