What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales teams to build commercial quotes and review or approve standard and non-standard quotes.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Product, and Services teams to facilitate the deal approval process.
• Maintain deal governance and enforce compliance based on pricing policy and legal T&Cs.
• Manage order documents from draft to signature, owning commercial term negotiations and redlines.
• Identify and implement productivity improvements to scale the Deal Desk function.
• Advise stakeholders on pricing, quoting, and onboarding best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in deal desk, finance, or revenue roles.
• Proven experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
• Significant expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contract terms.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and accounting principles (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP).
• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and work under pressure during peak financial periods.
